About the web seminar:
Octet systems are currently in use to develop biochemical assays for evaluating Fc receptor-Antibody Fc binding kinetics and affinity. There are several considerations to apply in the design, development, optimization and routine use of these assays in antibody development and engineering, process development, quality control and also in comparability studies for evaluation of biosimilars. The webinar will discuss the use of high precision biosensors and the development of a platform method to assess IgG1/FcRn binding by scientists at Genentech.
Presenters:
Emily Dong, Associate Engineer, GenentechDarick Dayne, Senior Product Manager, Pall ForteBio
What you will learn:
- - High precision assays on Octet systems
- - FcR-Ab binding kinetics and affinity measurement
- - FcRn platform assay development
- - Effector function evaluation for antibody engineering, process development, quality control and biosimilar comparability assessment
- - Stability-indicating assays
