Prototype for biobanks being developed in Europe

According to Genome Web, the EU has just finished reviewing 300 biobanks, and will now take this to develop a prototype for an international biobank system. The Biobanking and Biomolecular Resources Research Infrastructure will put this in place for all of the European biobanks which consists of 51 institutions and 190 associated organizations.
